Their love story began in 2005. After losing his daughter Cassie, Nick Newman was angry with then eventually formed a friendship with Phyllis Summers. They started a steamy affair in December 2005 that grew into a deep, passionate love. Nick eventually divorced Sharon and married Phyllis, not once but three times. They have a daughter, Summer Ann. Phyllis and Nick have had some bumpy times recently, including Summer suffering from brain damage while Nick was away playing house with Sharon. Nick found his way back home and married Phyllis for a third time. Sharon's baby "died" and Phick have tried to move on, but Nick's anger toward his brother and Sharon has gotten in the way of his marriage once again. Will Phick make it through this latest bump in the road?
